Just clear cache in the “Settings” and wait for a normal use.
However, it’s important to know that if you change devices, get a second device to play on (like a tablet) or if you delete and reinstall the game, then the progress will be lost. Your game of Candy Crush Saga will be saved automatically on the device you’re using to play. Will deleting Candy Crush erase my progress? Do remember to update your App store or Game app to the latest version 3. Therefore, please be sure that your device is updated with all apps especially the game – Candy Crush that you are playing have been updated.
